But now you’re feeling totally overwhelmed and on the cusp of burnout. Willpower just isn’t cutting it anymore. And you’re wondering, “Is it just me?
I’m here to say, no, it’s not you. Willpower doesn’t work when you’re neurodivergent. You need more WayPower and you don’t need to go it alone.
This is your invitation to move beyond willpower. Join me and navigate your life with Waypower, certainty and embodied self-trust
“The name WayPower really resonated. All my life I’ve had to use an impossible amount of willpower to try and shoehorn my life and my way of living into neurotypical advice that simply doesn't work for me. And there isn’t enough willpower in the world for that.
This programme was the best thing I’ve done in a very, very long time. Kaye’s radical acceptance gave me a safe place from the start. The sense of community was palpable, and frankly, life-changing.”

“The way Kaye facilitates the group is deeply sensitive, empathetic and respectful. The programme is a very unique and engaging experience: the content is richly creative, and the balance of content works for my ADHD brain. I have learned a lot of information that I didn't know, and I love the fact that the sessions are recorded and the way it's all set up.
It is great to connect with the other members of the group, and I like that we get to be in breakout rooms with different members. I find the sessions meaningful and to be invited to come as you are unmasked is priceless. I leave each week feeling energised, inspired, reflective.”

“In early 2025, I co-designed the Find Your WayPower programme with a magical group of ten of my favourite 1:1 coaching clients. This group programme was what we all wanted, needed and longed for in our journeyto wholeness as we navigated transitions in our lives. And I’m beyond proud and delighted that I get to share it with you now.”
Dr Lainey Gauson,
Researcher
“Before the course, I had a feeling of being untethered. I now feel mentally energised and excited by the topics and the discussions we had during the group programme.
I cherish the time, space, and connection the group brings, and your novel take on positive psychology for the ADHD/Autistic community. I leave feeling: happy, connected, heard, seen and understood. It's something that I hope you keep doing for many years to come. So thank you, Kaye.”
Dr Kelsey Byers,
Research Scientist
“The ease of being in this group has been huge. I have not been tired. I have not been headachy. I have not been in pain. I have just been able to be here and that has been huge….It was so joyful for me to see you all today, a real bright spot in my week and in my burnout journey. My heart feels full with love and compassion and care that I have received and that is huge for me.”
Dr Lucy Clarke,
Yoga Teacher & Writer
“As I chart my own course through burnout, I feel so supported by our group and the kinship and care. I will not mask anymore or use these ancient coping strategies that don't work for me.
This group programme is so original. There’s nothing like it in the ADHD landscape, and it’s giving me this expansive, creative, visionary, optimistic way of seeing myself. WayPower is about finding your true north, using your strengths, and learning a new language for emotions. It’s been like a homecoming for me. The difference is life-changing.”

“It’s mindblowing, just being in a room with people where I don't have to explain myself. I don't have to pretend to be somebody I'm not, I don't have to put on a certain way of being. I think it's such a fundamentally important thing that we are allowed our depth of feeling. Such a creative, healing place created and curated by you, Kaye, thank you. The synchronicity with such an incredible group is beautiful, I keep smiling.”

The deck gives foundation to your boat, and where you can stand on a firm foundation in your authentic strengths, beliefs and values.
Your crew represents the 6 clusters of executive function from Dr. Thomas Brown: which operate as integrated systems, not isolated functions. This involves a radical self-acceptance as well as developing practical strategies for your limitations, and an understanding of situational variability.
The weather of your emotional experiences can power your sails or create storms. You might experience bigger emotions than others and feel easily overwhelmed by them. A deeper understanding of how you construct your emotions will give you more agency so that you are not swept away by them.
You’ll practise developing emotional granularity, accepting difficult emotions, and using emotions as guidance rather than trying to control or avoid them.
Your body compass of self-trust alongside your ability to make 1% course corrections will develop trust in your internal wisdom and body-based decision making.
You’ll learn all about nervous system regulation and Polyvagal Theory, as well as practices to develop your interoceptive awareness and explore your sensory processing.
Your sails work leads to you identifying what truly matters to you and taking small steps to committed action aligned with those values, even when your confidence wavers. This includes redefining success on your own terms rather than neurotypical expectations.

The sky represents creative potential and divergent thinking. We’ll weave in creative practices throughout the course and have fun playing this week!
The dry-docking work involves planned recovery periods, boundary setting, and recognising rest as productive rather than lazy. It’s important to normalise this need for rest and restoration without shame.
“The programme is incredible, revelatory, heartbreaking and insightful. And it’s got lots of lovely, juicy bits. I just love the whole visual analogy of the sailboat because it helps the theories sink in a little bit more. And that visual really, really helps me and that's amazing.
And I’ve realised for the first time that I have been raised as an ableist!!! Curious isn’t it? We’ve been masking for so long we’ve almost forgotten who we really are! I love the fact that I can fidget here, and listen whilst still moving. Thank you for such a beautiful space.”
Kim Pierpoint,
Yoga Teacher for Midlife Women & Menopause Champion
Hi, I’m Kaye, and I know all about relying on willpower, caffeine and perseverance just to get me through my daily to do list.
During the pandemic and after a relationship breakdown, I had to juggle home-schooling, running a busy university department, and battling raging menopause symptoms. Burnout forced me to leave my job, and not for the first time.
Instead of truly resting, I threw myself into a full-time Master’s degree in positive psychology and coaching. But one Google search changed everything, when I discovered how ADHD shows up in women and girls.
Even mid-Masters, I dove into learning more about neurodivergence and got additional qualifications in specialist ADHD coaching. As a single parent and business owner, with two neurodivergent teens who’ve struggled with school at times, I needed to develop a way of living that is sustainable, responsive, and flexible without burnout.
It’s taken deep inner work for me to learn to slow down and connect to my WayPower, instead of relying on my willpower.
I realised that my own self-care is vital, even as it’s hard to prioritise and make time for. I set up and run ADHD UK’s monthly self-care group and then trained to be a supervisor of other neurodivergent coaches because I realised how many of them were struggling with overwhelm and burn out too.
After decades of not knowing about my neurodivergence, I’ve finally discovered a way of living that honours my reality, my energy and my aspirations.
Finding my WayPower means that I feel empowered in my emotional agency, nervous system regulation and sensory experience every day. And you can too. Sea swimming is optional.
The ADHD WayFinder is an 10-week journey. Each week includes a 2-hour group session, optional creative and embodied practices, and a private 1:1 coaching session midway through the programme.
Not at all. Whether you're diagnosed, self-identifying, or still exploring, if this resonates with your experience, you're welcome. This is a neurodivergent-affirming space built on radical acceptance and curiosity.
Yes, fully. This space celebrates neurodivergent ways of being. We welcome movement, stimming, silence, rest, laughter, and difference. There’s no "right" way to show up — only your way.
The ADHD WayFinder isn’t about quick fixes or forcing new habits. It’s a gentle, creative, and body-based process that meets you where you are — no masking, no shame. We focus on sustainable change rooted in self-trust, not more willpower.
Life happens — we get it. All sessions are recorded and shared privately with the group. You’ll also receive reflective practices and bite-sized resources to help you stay connected at your own pace.
Yes — especially if it’s the right kind of group. We keep it small and safe (maximum 12 people), with lots of spaciousness, breaks, and zero pressure to perform. You’ll never be asked to “push through.” Just bring your real self.
