Created by me, Kaye Heyes, this course is especially for Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD and highly sensitive people who are tired of trying to force themselves through life with more and more willpower.
I’ve designed it to be a gentle, loving reminder to land in your inbox every few days. It’s not long or overwhelming and you can choose to engage with it at the perfect pace for you and the season of life you’re in.
