Imagine if, in just six weeks, you could move from believing you’re “time blind" to finally understanding how time actually works for your brain.
This is what happens when you step out of Willpower time and into WayPower time.
You'll feel calmer, less panicked by the clock, and move through your day with ease, whilst still meeting your responsibilities.
My promise to you is that WayPower Time: The Six-Week Deep Dive will change your relationship to time, forever.

I’ve created WayPower Time: The Six-Week Deep Dive for ADHD, autistic or HSP people like you. You’ll learn simple, realistic ways to plan and move through your day without relying on sheer adrenaline and willpower.
You’ll create more space, more energy and even more time, without that constant buzz of anxiety that willpower time brings.
My promise to you: This isn't another thing to fail at. It's a kinder way to finally feel less overwhelmed, less behind, and more in sync with your energy, rhythms and flow. The WayPower way.
How do I know?
Well, like you, I’d tried every planner out there, read the productivity books, got the apps, and timers. But without understanding the different kinds of time, and my own rhythms, nothing ever stuck. A few days later, I’d be back at square one, only with added shame and exhaustion to boot.
I knew there had to be another way. As part of my Master's Degree, I spent months researching what ancient philosophy, modern neuroscience and positive psychology can teach us about time.
I’ve shared my WayPower Time framework with hundreds of coaching clients and workshop participants, who all say how it has completely changed their relationship to time (you can read some of their comments below
I guarantee that it will change your relationship to time too. And that means more ease, flow and joy in your life.

Most time or productivity advice assumes that everyone experiences time in neat, linear, predictable blocks.
But if you're ADHD, autistic or AuDHD, that's just not true.
Hours can disappear without warning
You either can't get started or you lose yourself completely
Transitions feel impossible with “analysis paralysis” or a shutdown or freeze response

When you live your life in Chronos‑only time (all clock, no compassion), it leads to:
Constant anxiety and always feeling like you’re behind
Overload, shutdown and shame
Burnout from overriding your nervous system
I’m here to tell you: you’re not time blind.
You’re not failing. And you don’t need to try harder.
Time management strategies were not designed for your brain & nervous system.
With WayPower, time isn't just about the clock.

WayPower Time isn't just clock time. WayPower Time introduces you to five different realms of time that philosophers in ancient Greece knew but we’ve long since forgotten.
We'll also explore your timeline too, so you can more easily connect to your past achievements and your future goals.
If you’re sick and tired of trying to shoehorn yourself into Willpower time, understanding WayPower Time:
Invites you to intentionally step into different realms of time in your days and weeks.
Enables you to connect to both your past achievements and future goals
Explores how each time realm feels in your body
Once you step in to WayPower Time, you'll begin to:
More mindfully transition between different time realms for smoother landings
Discover how much more energy and space you’ll have when you step out of constant Chronos time
Experience all five time realms in your days and weeks
WayPower Time isn't about managing time or squeezing more out of time. It's your invitation to build a kind, workable and compassionate relationship with time so you can live, work and rest without burning out.

If you've met the WayPower sailboat before, you'll know that Time is just one part of the picture: it's the sea you're sailing on.
The full three-month Find Your WayPower programme explores:
Your hull: your sense of self, safety & belonging
Your buoyancy: your nervous system & sensory care
Your deck: your self‑worth & confidence and the role of masking
Your sails: your purpose, exploration & growth
Your crew: your executive functioning
The sea: the tides and currents of time
Your weather: your emotions
The blue sky: your creativity and the importance of play
Dry docking: repair, maintenance and the importance of rest
Your helm: your inner compass and course correction when navigating
“The way Kaye facilitates the group is deeply sensitive, empathetic and respectful. The programme is a very unique and engaging experience: the content is richly creative, and the balance of content and community works for my ADHD brain. I find the sessions meaningful and to be invited to come as you are unmasked is priceless. I leave each week feeling energised, inspired, reflective.”
Talibah Rivers, Singing Teacher and Leader of the London Vauxhall Tuneless Choir

“The programme is incredible, revelatory, heartbreaking and insightful. And it’s got lots of lovely, juicy bits.
I just love the whole visual analogy of the sailboat because it helps the theories sink in a little bit more. And I’ve realised for the first time that we’ve been masking for so long we’ve almost forgotten who we really are! I love the fact that I can fidget here, and listen whilst still moving. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space.”
Kim Pierpoint, Yoga Teacher for Midlife Women and Menopause Champion

“I’ve been deep in burnout for at least the past couple of years and was struggling long before that. A lot of that came from the extra energy and effort that a lifetime of masking has taken.
With this group, I'm really noticing how different it feels not to feel like I'm having to track and keep that extra level of vigilance about what's happening. It feels quite different, and that's extraordinary. I really I'm so happy to be in this group. Delighted. Thank you, Kaye, so much for making it possible.”

Ten weeks. One neuro-affirming crew. A homecoming to Anchored | Aligned | Alight.
Find Your WayPower goes way beyond the tips and strategies you can find on the internet. It’s so much more than a support group or body-doubling website. You’ll be given a whole new way of thinking, experiencing and explaining your neurodivergent experience.
Hi, I’m Kaye. And I know all about relying on willpower, caffeine and sugar just to get me through my daily to do list.
During the pandemic and after a relationship breakdown, I was juggling home-schooling, running a busy university department, and battling raging menopause symptoms. Burnout forced me to leave my job, and not for the first time.
During my Master’s degree in positive psychology and coaching, I discovered how ADHD shows up differently in women and girls, and my life – and burnout cycles – finally made sense.
As a single parent and business owner, with two neurodivergent teens who’ve struggled with school at times, I needed a way of living that was sustainable, responsive, and flexible without burnout.
It’s taken deep inner work for me to learn to slow down and connect to my WayPower, instead of pushing on through with willpower. WayPower honours my reality, my energy and my aspirations by empowering my emotional agency, nervous system regulation and sensory experience.
I’ve since set up and run ADHD UK’s monthly Recovery from Burnout support group, and I’ve trained to be a supervisor of other neurodivergent coaches because I saw how many of them struggle with overwhelm and burnout too.
Key to finding my own WayPower was developing my WayPower Time framework. Stepping out of Willpower Time and into WayPower time is the key that unlocked a more easeful way of living. And I can’t wait to share it with you too!
Join me, and I can guide you to find your WayPower too. Starting from Willpower Time to WayPower Time.
No. If you resonate with feeling "bad at time" or with time feeling slippery or overwhelming, you're welcome, diagnosed or not. This work is for anyone whose brain experiences time differently.
Yes, you get 7 days' access to all recordings after the final session, so you can catch up on any sessions you miss.
If you miss a session, you can watch the recording in your own time. And if you have questions between sessions, you can use our community platform to ask or connect with others. Most participants catch 3-4 sessions live and watch the rest on replay. And that works beautifully.
Not at all. You can keep your camera off, stay on mute, and just listen. You can also participate via chat instead of speaking. There's no pressure to perform or share. Come exactly as you are, even if that’s PJs and a blanket.
The sessions are gently interactive with invitations, not expectations. You'll never be put on the spot, and all sharing is completely optional.
After the final session on March 31st:
Standard tier: You’ll have 7 days to access all the recordings and you can keep your workbook forever.
From there, you can decide if you want to step into the full Find Your WayPower journey, which sets sail on March 3rd or 4th. You can book a free 20-minute 1:1 call with me to explore further and sense into what’s right for you. There's no pressure to continue. Many people integrate this time work on its own and make big changes in their lives.
No. This is the opposite of time management. It's about understanding your relationship with time in a much more expansive and richer way. You’ll explore how to have a kinder relationship to time and explore ways of being with time that work with your sensitive neurodivergent nervous system.
